This itinerary is an example to show you some of the activities that are possible. Please contact a member of our team to tailor a tour to your specifications.
Depart your local international airport for Vieux Fort (Hewannora International Airport), St Lucia. Arrive into Vieux Fort with a meet and greet with your liaison at arrivals and receive transfer to your accommodation in Castries for check-in.

Following an induction and orientation to help your group settle into your surroundings, today will be a free day to explore the local area, meet the friendly locals and indulge in local cuisines.

Today will include an introduction to the sports coaching projects in the disadvantaged schools and communities in and around Castries. Coaching groups of children aged 8 – 16 yrs.
Mornings on both days will be free for shopping and visiting the nearby beaches.

Your group will continue working with the school and community groups coaching your chosen sport(s) on day 5, followed by the first of two competitive matches against well matched opposition from the local area on day 6.
On both days the mornings will again be free, with available morning excursions including exploring the tranquil Mamiku Botanical Gardens and the Rainforest Adventures Aerial Tram (additional expense) .

Day 7 will be a free day to take a trip to Soufriere Black Water Springs to soak in the mud pools and enjoy the serenity of hiking in this mountainous regions of the island (additional expense).
In the evening your group will experience the buzzing Friday night street party in Gros Islet to experience the carnival and culture of the island.

The morning on your eighth day will include coaching sessions with the local sports club teams working on skill development. The clubs can include local adult clubs, training with St Lucia’s national sports team, or working with community outreach groups.

Day 9 and 10 will be taken up with a 2 day PADI Open Water Scuba Diving course, where participants will become qualified PADI scuba divers (additional expense), exploring under the waves of the stunning St Lucian coastline under expert guidance.
If you are on a 10 day tour, then you will be taken to the airport for departure.

Working with the school and community groups, your group will help to set-up friendly matches and structured games for the kids to help develop their sports skills.
Morning activities can include trips to local beaches and visiting local markets.

In the morning take and trip on the Morne Coubaril Estate Zip-lining course (additional expense).
The afternoon will see you get you boots on for the final time as you take part in your 2nd competitive match against well matched local opposition. This will also be an opportunity to have a meal with the players after the game to get to know the local team and share cultural values.

Relax in the morning whilst packing up final bit before being taken back to the airport to catch your international flight home.
